How To Hang Decorative Wall Mirrors

It also does cost quite a bit of money so you wouldn’t want the whole thing falling down on you would you. The position where you will place the mirror is important. There are a number of things that you can hang up your mirror with. Some mirrors will come with studs and a wire running its width at the back that you can use to hang it with. So all you need to is fit a suitable stud into the wall where you want to place your mirror and hang it there.

You can use glue or adhesive and firmly stick it in place. There are two types available here. There is the type that you will stick to the back of the mirror running right around it and stick it your wall. Or you could have adhesive pads that you stick at strategic points along the mirror and then stick it up on the wall.

The disadvantage of hanging a mirror in this manner is that it becomes sort of permanent. So you can use glue or adhesive pads in places like your bathroom where the position of your mirror is unlikely to change. Even in places like passages and entrances you can use this method as well.

The frame that is around the mirror can be used to secure it in place whether it is wood or aluminium. Rivets or bolts can be used for the mirror with a metal frame and with a wooden finish it can be attached using screws.
